You will receive our 95 Day Termite Free Guarantee Certificate with each termite inspection performed along with our home inspection. The first 30 days of coverage is covered 100% by Premier Inspection Services Inc. Day 31-95 there is a $150 deductible that the customer is responsible for paying if treatment were to be needed. The 95 Day Termite Free Guarantee can also be extended 270 Days for a full year of Termite Free Protection from the date of inspection for only $95! Full terms and conditions are stated in the termite guarantee certificate provided to the customer. Most inspection company termite inspection reports are only good for that day and no longer.

90-Day Home Warranties

Beware of Home Inspection Companies that offer 90 – 100 Day Home Warranties! These warranties start the day of inspection and are useless in our opinion; most do not cover items over 10 years of age and then are still very limited.
