Educated me, and walked me through the process of how he writes his reports —super detailed—. I’m an inspector myself in another industry, and I was really impressed by the quality of his craft. We even got the dog to come out and inspect for mold, that was really cool to see.

My experience with Premier Inspection Services was positive. They did a thorough job and everything went smoothly. The only thing they could improve is to give you more payment options that don't include you paying a fee to have to pay them. Not everyone is local to hand them cash.

The inspection report was so detailed, even had clear pictures and arrows on the pictures pointing to what he was referencing.
