Hired Premier Inspection Services to inspect our new home coming up on the expiration of the one year builder warranty. We were aware of some relatively minor issues, but the inspector Mark Pence, found a major construction defect -- no soffit vents installed -- leading to moisture in the attic and water staining on the ceilings inside the home. Without Mark's inspection, we never would have discovered this until major repairs were needed.Mark is friendly and explains everything that he finds and explains how to remedy items that he found. We'll definitely stick with Premier if we need any inspection services in the future.
