Mark and his son Austin showed up on time. They were personable and thorough in their inspection. They asked if there were any areas of concern before they started and afterward showed me as well as explained their findings and why it was a good thing or what possible problems could arise because of their findings.
I received the report back quickly and the problem areas were listed first and explanations were in blue ink so they were easy to find. I will use them again.

As a first time home buyer, I don’t have a lot of experience with home inspections. The person who inspected our new home seemed knowledgeable, was very personable, and helpful. They offered my partner and I useful advice to fix issues they did notice with the house we are purchasing. They even presented multiple paths for dealing with the issues they brought to our attention. The subcontractors they hired for mold and sewer inspection were also very professional, and helpful. If, or when, I buy another property in the KC Metro area, I will be reaching out Premier to handle the inspection.
